My boyfriend and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Buffalo Harmony House during our trip to Niagara Falls, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hosts’ incredible hospitality and thoughtful attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay was clearly designed with care, making us feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly at home. The atmosphere of the house was warm, charming, and beautifully maintained—every corner radiated character and comfort. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their kindness made our visit genuinely unforgettable. We loved this hotel to explore Erie County during the winter. It has a central location and there are a lot of stores and facilities (gas station, Starbucks...) just around the corner. The room was spacious and clean. It offered everything we needed. Fun fact: we were in Hamburg when storm Elliot gave us a visit. We didn't have power for several hours but it was a nice experience: everybody was sitting in the lobby, having a drink and a snack. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I could not imagine a better place to stay when you have to wait until the storm was over.

The location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to the Key bankcentere, perfect for a hockey game. There is a great pizza place attached to the hotel as well. The beds are so comfortable. The shower was huge, and there were bottles of built-in body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room is a great size and has a mcirowave , fridge, and coffee maker. They have an exercise room, hottub , pool, and onsite parking .There is a bar in the lobby and a starbucks. . Would definitely stay here again.
