The property was so clean, rooms were spacious and bed were very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

Amira Hotel made my stay with my family memorable and fun! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. This hotel is in a good location in the old town and the rooms are very comfortable. Furthermore, the staff were excellent, especially the ladies working in the lobby and the staff working in the restaurant! They were very kind and helped me a lot.
