Everything was very clean, and the place smelled nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant had a rich menu with excellent food. It was quiet, and the facilities were great.

Awesome place, location, location, location!! Free car park, amazing brekky included and the most helpful and friendly staff that we've ever come across in a hotel. Young guy at reception, very casual and laid back but came down two flights of stairs to the car park and carried both our suitcases up to the room, he insisted and they weren't exactly light, biggest smile on his face. Gave us some good lunch tips and where to go for sightseeing, gave us a copy of the google map and had drawn a route. Good value for money and room was immaculate, clean bed, clean bathroom, shower, you name it. Would come to Prizren just to stay here!! Oh and they make some of the best cappuccinos that we've ever had anywhere in the world!!

The host and his family are very nice people, always there to help or just have a little chat. You can enjoy stunning view from the rooftop terrace. You can see most of the centre and beautiful sunsets from there. In conclusion - budget friendly warm place with very nice people in it. Can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Prizren! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The host was extremely kind and helpful, which made our visit even better. The host is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They upgraded my room for free since the bigger room wasn’t occupied. The location is very central and easy to walk to any points of interest. It is about 15-20 min walk from the bus station. Highly recommended.
