And also it is not far to Sevan town by walk - there is a pass through highway. It was warm enough in the house. Wi-Fi was great. The house had everything we needed, including a hair dryer. On our way out, the hotel owner gave us a free ride to Sevanavk.

I would recommend this place for young people without kids, however we enioyed it very much. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is excellent. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

The living room area is comunal but is really comfortable, if you are lucky and there aren’t any other guests it’s like having your own apartment. We asked for breakfast and it was amazing, everything handmade and from their garden! They are also very warm and welcoming a great place to stay!
