I really like the time in the hotel! It's in a very good location, there is a free breakfast and restaurant on the ground floor (a lot of options to choose from). The staff, Belle, Juliya,Vivi and Joey are super kind and helpful. They are making it a great place.

The property is located 2.7 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre, 3.7 km from Wenshu Monastery and 4.1 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and currency exchange for guests. We had a transit stop at this hotel. This is a transit airport and therefore the hotel is located in a village, this is a suburb of ChengDu(TFU), very far from a big city. However, this is even more interesting and shorter way than if it were a big city. Immediately after booking, the hotel owner contacted us and offered a free transfer to the hotel and back. The hotel manager, who is also the co-owner, met us 20 minutes after the call. Very responsive and extremely friendly young man tried to speak English and when necessary we used Google translator. The road took about 20 minutes along a very interesting and exciting route through a small village. The room was wonderful and filled with everything you need to get a good night's sleep and take a shower. Rooms are very quiet with a view of the jungle and very quiet new air conditioners. The owner was extremely caring and brought us a rich breakfast for a minimal surcharge. I felt like I had a cold and the owner even took me to the local doctor's office. This was a very special act of care. I definitely recommend this hotel for any transit passengers!

I had a magical stay in this little piece of heaven! Charming hotel with super lovely staff! They spoke fluent English and were always available to help. They helped with my visit around the city, planning things and more. It felt like home! The hotel has a small garden and a restaurant with delicious food. I had most of my meals there since I enjoyed the lovely staff, the atmosphere and the food. The hotel has a traditional fusion vibe, with modern facilities in the rooms. On top of these, the hotel is situated in a cute little traditional neighborhood with Wenshu monetary, one of the main attractions of the city just 7-10 min walk away. I will definitely go back!

Lovely hotel on a superb street and next to a lovely park. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the metro for exploring the City, short ride to the Panda Park and for getting to the main train staions for the high speed trains. 10 minute walk to Khan and Zhai Alley and close to Junli Ancient street - both fun areas to explore. Breakfast was delicous - the best we had during our stay and the coffee fresh. I thorougly recommend this hotel and would return.

Attractively situated in the centre of Chengdu, Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. Best location surrounding by attractions and food, have diy washing facility, best choice with no regrets . Staff is so helpful !

The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

It is only an 8-minute walk from South Taisheng Road Subway Station (line 4) and a 15-minute walk from Tianfu Squuare Subway Station (line 1 and 2). Free WiFi access is available. Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
