The property is close to the beach, 5-10 minutes walk. 2. The staffs were sweet and helpful, they are one of the reasons we had a wonderful stay. They were kind and always present to help us. They spoke phenomenal English and had pleasant conversations. 3. The FOOD - This is best place for having food in Ureki ,especially their breakfast buffet (17laris/person, unlimited buffet) 🤌🏾😮‍💨, it was fresh, homemade and the best food served. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET, CHACHA and GEORGIAN MENU. When we arrived late at night at half past 10 and the chefs having closed the kitchen they still did their best to prepare us food and serve. 4. The rooms are big enough for a family of 4 , we got a studio type of a family room with one big bed and two separated small beds with a air cooler and a private bathroom, the rooms were clean and everything was hygienic IN SHORT if you are planning to come to ureki, choose this place for your stay. Very comfortable system with towels, when clean towels are always available and you can change wet or dirty one. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Located a few steps from the beach, the property is surrounded with pine and eucalyptus trees creating a cozy and tranquil atmosphere. Great value for the price. It is modern, clean, nicely designed, looks newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable, the views are great, there are pine trees in the front yard, playground in the back yard, balconies are quite spacious. Food in the restaurant is tasty, prices are average, waiters are a bit slow, but polite and helpful. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. Beach is 50 meters, across a very small road. Staff is helpful. Unlike in most other Georgian hotels on the Black sea coast, they clean rooms every day and change towels and sheets every three days, without any reminders or requests.

Free parking nearby is available. The hotel is located very close to the sea (only 5–7 minutes on foot at a relaxed pace) on a quiet street. Google Maps shows a longer route, but in fact you can walk directly from the nearest street by the sea. There is a cafe under the windows, but no music, so it’s not noisy at all. The room itself is not very new, but comfortable, with a balcony and air conditioning. Breakfast was very generous – we got an omelet with sausage, rice, cheese, cottage cheese with sour cream, vegetables – we couldn’t even finish it all. Highly recommended!
