Westport Heights offers family-friendly accommodation in Westport on the Wild Atlantic Way, offering views of the town and Croagh Patrick. Free parking is offered and the Great Western Greenway walking and cycling trail is 100 metres from the property. The town centre, with a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk from the property. It was one of the best experiences with hotels/B&Bs that I have had in my life. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast offered a lot of choices and the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. I'd 100% recommend it.

Located next to Galway Railway and Bus Station, Galway City Hostel - Solo Traveller Hostel overlooks Eyre Square. With free WiFi, printing, and luggage storage, the hostel also offers continental breakfast and a shared lounge. The reception staff can arrange tours to the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, and the Aran Islands. The staff were super kind and I enjoyed the vibe of the hostel. The facilities were appropriate and clean. Location is good with bars and shops close by and bus tours leaving from the square.

A 5-minute drive from Galway city centre, Ardawn House offers high-quality en suite rooms and an extensive breakfast menu. There is free on-site parking and Wi-Fi at this elegant guest house on Ireland’s western coast. Excellent location- easy walking distance of Eyre Square but not close enough to be kept awake at night. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Will look to stay here again the next time I’m in Galway.
