Houses size is indeed ot too big but extremely well organized and nice inside. Great experience.

Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, from the Kitchen staff to Food & Beverage, the entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty. To name all the people would be difficult, but some names that have stuck due to personalized service, are Ganesh, Ashish, Shakti & Champati. Food comes first, so they made meals especially to suit our peculiar preferences. Thank you. Shrirupa took such great care of us, as did her team - Shamita, Nandini, Rohit & Swarna. At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with. The property is elegant, classy.

One minor thing - the location is a little outside the city, on the puri highway and opposite to the stupa road. Can be challenging if you don’t have a vehicle at your disposal (cannot comment about taxi availability)
