I love the staff especially the receptionist. She was very accommodating, we had an early check in, unlike other hotels. She was very helpful, I forgot to ask her name but she had a short hair and she was such a nice lady. The place is overall clean, bed can be better but it was normal, no room service but they have a separate resto near the hotel that is owned by them too. The overall stay was amazing.

The rooms in this boutique hotel have minimalist decoration and include a TV with satellite channels. Many bedrooms overlook the lake. I haven’t been this impressed by a hotel in a long time. The rooms, service, breakfast, and all other amenities were outstanding. A big thank you to the staff of Hotel Bellagio for making our stay at this magical place even better.
