The place is beautiful, very quiet, and the welcome was so polite. I will recommend this hotel to my friends in France, and I truly hope to come back to Kusatsu one day. Arigatō gozaimasu! 🙏✨

The staff is incredibly friendly to foreigners, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Although I don't know the name of the staff on that day, the service was excellent.

The food is amazing and at the same level of a fine dining restaurant every breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Chinoki who served us everyday in English and helped us enjoy our meals everyday.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. Free private parking is available on site and free WiFi is available in all guest rooms. Location, comfort, and service were all excellent. The Ryokan was equipped with very good facilities. Private onsens were available as well, although you need to take turns to use one of the 4 shower rooms.
