The hotel also offers free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Loved that the kitchen was pre-stocked with everything we needed to make our first morning breakfast! I didn't realize this when I booked and pleasantly surprised. The beds were firm and very comfortable + 2 pillows per person, a luxury in Japan!

The private parking is available on site for free. Everything was great! Nice, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. And we could see Mount Yotei from our window :) The breakfast was good with big variety of food. We also enjoyed the dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and organized perfect transfers for us on check-in and check-out days. We appreciate their care very much! We also were happy to enjoy hot springs located at the hotel premises after active skiing days. Hotel has modern design and everything is made in Japanese style – with the focus on the quality to all small details. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Open from December 2016, Aya Niseko boasts an open-air natural hot spring bath and provides direct access to Grand Hirafu Resort’s ski lifts. Rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Niseko’s natural beauty. Free WiFi and free private parking is also available on site. A beautiful spacious room with a huge bed. Beautiful location. They provided a buzz of little cakes in the room. Had lots of facilities that unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of due to a really short stay. Staff organised a free early morning transfer(6am) to the Kutchan train station.

Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. It boasts perfect ski-in ski-out access and ski storage, as well as indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I booked this room because of the view of Mt.Yotei and full equipment like an apartment but overall service from the hotel was also flawless.
