They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

Breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and mint tea served in a local way. Hotel situated in the middle of medina so u can hear all what is going on in the street, integrate into locals life. Overall, i had unique stay in this hotel thanks to people taking care of the hotel and their guests; it felt very authentic to stay there and definitely i recommend it to everyone
