There was a nice choice of breakfasts and dinner items and a well stocked bar. We loved listening to the waves and wildlife noises and not much else to disturb the tranquility of being in the forest/beach location. Also very close was a good beach bar for a change of food and scenery.

The Bocas Center Dive Center is in the hotel and is a great option for scuba diving. The dive masters are great, the boat is excellent and the best is that they split large groups into smaller groups, each one with their individual dive master.

The hotel is centrally located in Downtown Bocas, has a nice outdoor area with a pool and a bar that prepares delicious drinks. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the windows isolated us from the outside noise. Staff was very friendly.
