The property is a bit far from Cusco city centre, but in the middle of an Inca archeological park where there are a lot of spots to explore in peace. Romulo often takes the guests out on tours of these sites, way past forbidden signs so that you have a truly unique experience which no tour agency in Cusco can offer. He has worked in tourism for a long time so is super knowledgable about the surrounding areas as well. They also have 2 beautiful dogs and a cat and a lovely little garden.

Most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed in for the price point! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom clean. The family is also lovely, when I let them know I had no warm water in the shower they fixed it immediately and were generally very helpful and kind.

If you go to Machupicchu tour, you can store your suitcases in the hotel! The staff is just great!!! They communicate with you, help you, try to make you feel home! And finally, this is a very tranquil place! This is 15 min walk from Cusco city center - so there’s no noise, no traffic, if you wanna good sleep there’s a perfect fit! Walking to the city center is not that much uphill, just may be 2 small blocks up - so it’s very comfy. One more bonus - beautiful terrace with a view!
