The pictures online don't do the hotel justice - we felt as if we were in heaven from the minute we stepped in. Each and everyone of the staff was beyond friendly, forthcoming and helpful. The whole hotel area is breathtaking, the pool area is quiet, clean and the palmtrees and trees make the hotel feel as if you are in the middle of nature. The rooms are so spacious and modern and we couldn't hear a thing during the day or at night. We especially enjoyed the vegan meals in the Green Cafe and had the best evening at Fresca Restaurant - the waiters are exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome.

Our studio room was spacious and very comfortable. Sun, the manager, was exceptionally friendly, kind and accommodating, as indeed were all the lovely breakfast and reception staff. Towels for beach and pool are provided. The on-site masseurs are definitely worth visiting. I had an amazing 90 minute massage that left me feeling marvellous. The restaurant serves high quality dinners and a decent breakfast with eggs cooked exactly as you like them.
