Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

The air-conditioned rooms at Marhaba Palace all have a balcony overlooking the garden or the beach. They come with en suite bathroom, satellite TV and hair dryer. The property was really good. The stuff was excellent, and the food was amazing and we felt so luxurious.

It overlooks the sandy beaches and offers an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a children playground. Our short visit to Tunasia was extremely enjoyable because of this hotel. The whole team made every effort they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Akram in the Bar, he went above and beyond on every single interaction we had, to a point which my Girlfriend mentioned Akram is spoiling us. Other Team members who I would like to mention are Fedi, aymen, Aladin - quadbike,Moataz ,Mohammed,Kamel ,jaleel, Imad, Raouf. My sincere apologies as I cannot recall the masseuse who was in the spa.
