He arranged the bus from the airport for us, and he helped us with the motorbike trip around the loop (including rent of very good motorbike). He was ready during whole journey as a "friend on phone " to help us with everything, each time when we had any question or problem, he was ready on whatsup. It was absolutely amazing "all inclusive" service, we appreciate it and can recommend this accomodation to everybody.

The bed is very comfortable there’s everything you need even a working table in our double bed room. The staff are welcoming and helpful. We stayed one night before the loop and came back to stay another night after the loop. We rented motorbike from them with insurance. Our bike’s tire got flat on the first day and the back tire got broken on the way back to Ha Giang - the insurance covered everything. They’re very informative about where to stay and tip to go around. We kept all our big backpacks with them for free of charge. There is free breakfast and it is very nutritious. Highly recommend to stay here to rest before and after the loop.
