Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

Highly recommended to those who want to visit Andorra La Vella since it is really central with shops even though is it located in Les Escaldes it is just 10 mins walk to do the pont de paris located in andorra la vella. Good hotel, clean room and big room for 2 adults and 2 children with dog. Parking close by or in the hotel. Lady on reception has provided good explanation what and where to do. Additionally we had perfect view on the mountains from the room.
