This property is a gem in the area. It's a small, customer-oriented business that fulfills every wish, ensuring perfect comfort for everyone. An enchanting traditional alpine-style hotel, run by the same family since its opening. The hotel exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of charming tradition, warm hospitality, and modern comforts.

This pleasant hotel is located in the centre, right next to the River Ybbs. Our room was a spacious, well equipped room and bathroom with comfortable furniture and with nice view of the river. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, the coffee was delicious. The owner lady, Katrin was very kind and helpful, We had a great time, thank you for the hospitality, we will come back again.

Since the first beginning everything went so easy. Fast check-in (regardless of the fact that we arrived much earlier than official check-in time). Perfect parking, nice surrounding, restaurant is amazing! We were group of 10 people and we had the same table for breakfast as well as for dinner - every day! Food is more than excellent, local beer is very tasty. We did not have any problem during our 5 days stay. Dogs are welcome. Good starting point to visit Mariazell, Ötschergräben, Lunzer See, Trefflingfall etc. This ancient monastery is like something out of a fairytale!
