Easy self check in and access to carpark underneath the hotel. Lovely, clean, new rooms with added touches like sweets on the pillows and drinks in the fridge. The location for us was perfect as we were traveling between Germany and Switzerland. Breakfast was at the bakery with various breads to choose from. We didn't explore the area as we were passing through.

What a fabulous house, aesthetically pleasing, modern, new. We travelled as a party of 6 so had 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite shower and bathtub, 2 separate WCs, 1 shower) available for us to use. The house is brand new and super clean, and is the middle in a row of 3 terraces, overlooking a large field. Lots of outdoor space (1 outside the dining and 1 outside the living), but the weather was wet for us unfortunately otherwise it would have been great to eat outside. Parking is easy, with sufficient spaces under a porch just at the side of the houses. It was also easy to check in, with Valerie the owner (super friendly) sending across the door code before we arrived, and very easily contactable on WhatsApp. 10-15' walk to get into the town of Altach, but we ordered in dinner and the food delivery found it without any problem. We also cycled to MTB trails, which are easily accessible from the house. The house is high-tech, and the switches were a bit confusing, but we used the central iPad control and it was no problem at all. The photos are a true reflection of the house, but I'd say it's even more amazing in real life. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, wine glasses, Nespresso maker, toaster, oven, fridge freezer (no microwave though), and some basic necessities to cook with e.g. salt, pepper. No regrets at all and if we head back to Vorarlberg, I'd definitely look to stay here again!

Exceptional staff (very friendly and helpful), great gym with new equipment and a lot of free weights (24/7), fancy coffee maker in the hallway free to use, surprisingly very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms - I would definitely would love to come again! Also, the location is pretty great (big EuroSpar just 4 min away)

My criterion to choose the hotel was the cheapest with the gym and it even exceeded this: overall as a package - once you get used to it, you really feel like you're at home - the message that is being conveyed to you from all walls there. Bed was just fantastic, kitchenette, balcony, free tee / coffee machine at the entrance area, great location - in the middle of Götzis, nice staff - all was there to make my stay as comfy as possible - thanks a lot, Maier!

The location is good, near city center, the rooms are big and ceilings are very tall, there were a lot of amenities in the room. There are covered parking spaces which is nice, but I had non available to park at the moment i came. You get free water bottle on entry. The rooms are warm and bed is cozy. Also check out is very quick.

The room was relatively newly renovated, furnished and equipped as described. Check in at the machine very smooth. The location was central, exactly what I was looking for. Sound insulation from the windows was very good, which is necessary given the location right next to a busy road.
