Very clean and new like hotel. You can get warm tea, coffee, soup for a fee in the machine. Hot water and MW for free use at reception. Free ticket for traveling by bus, metro at Lausanne. Restaurant at hotel has very delicious food and extremely friendly personnel.

**A Delightful Stay at Novotel Bussigny** Having recently stayed at the 5-star Savoy Hotel in Lausanne, we were curious to see how Novotel Bussigny would compare. While both hotels welcome pets, our experience at Novotel Bussigny was uniquely enjoyable due to its warm and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The hotel exudes an inviting ambiance that made our stay truly pleasant. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. One of the standout features was the hotel's design and amenities. Everything seemed within easy reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. We were particularly impressed by the natural pool available for guests, complete with comfortable loungers, providing a perfect place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's chef and kitchen were commendable. We dined in their restaurant several evenings, enjoying the delicious and beautifully presented meals. The culinary experience was a highlight, making us look forward to our dinners at the hotel. Initially, we booked for just one night at Novotel Bussigny, but after experiencing the wonderful ambiance and excellent service, we extended our stay for an additional four nights. While the Savoy has its advantages, particularly its central location, it lacks the cozy atmosphere we found at Novotel Bussigny. One small critique is the lack of background music in the bar and restaurant, which is quite common back home. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. In summary, our stay at Novotel Bussigny was delightful. The warm atmosphere, exceptional service, well-thought-out amenities, and enjoyable dining made it a memorable experience. The place is great, beautiful and very clean, and the staff are great, especially the Algerian receptionist.

It was a very comfortable Hotel to stay in. The restaurant and bar were amazing, the food was tasty and the drinks delicious! Even tho it was a full house at that night we stayed in, you couldnt hear a single thing in your room, it was very quite!

Everything was GOOD! I don't know his name but concierge in charge and Laure (I'm sorry if I'm wrong) of F/O is very kindly. location is good. There's no flaw in that. Thank you so much. I will not forget my memories at the hotel.

The location is amazing: right on the lake, I had amazing view from my windows, the metro is 3 minutes walk away. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable and I loved the linens. The bathroom had a shower and a tub, a huge win for me. The isolating windows make the room very quite. There are two sets of blinds to choose from. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Amazing hotel, very recommended.
