The owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide. Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

My stay at the hotel was amazing mainly thanks to the girl who works at the reception. She welcomed me like a member of the family, took care of everything I needed, helped me get tickets to the parks, spent a lot of time explaining to me about the routes in the park, showed unusual patience. I am very grateful for everything, I definitely recommend everyone to stop here. When I come to China next time I will return to the hotel and recommend it to all my friends visiting the area.

10/10- Amazing stay near the airport with fantastic hospitality!​​ This B&B is perfect if you need easy access to the airport—just minutes away! The hostess was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. The room was beautiful, with lovely local touches that made our stay extra special. ★★★★★ My stay at the Tianmen Mountain Panorama&Cultural Art Exchange Hostel was nothing short of perfect, largely thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond at every opportunity. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by their genuine warmth and kindness. The reception team was not just efficient but truly welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. When I asked on the reseption for directions to a attractions, and she not only provided a detailed map, boot me a tickets but also shared some personal tips and called ahead to check the opening hours. This level of thoughtful service is rare and deeply appreciated. It felt less like a standard hotel transaction and more like being a guest in a caring home. The team's proactive and sincere care was the highlight of my trip. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful and heartwarming experience!

We liked everything about Our House hotel. Especially the hosts helping us with any questions we had. They're very helpful, kind and friendly. We had a late check-in and there was no problem at all. The hosts also helped us with the tickets for excursions. The room was exactly the same as in the photos: spacious, clean and light. There were provided bathroom supplies: shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush. So, you don't need to worry about anything at this wonderful place!
