Beautiful, new, clean and comfortable apartment. Very quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by hosts’ lovingly tended garden full of vegetables, fruit trees, grape vines, herbs and more. We were so lucky to have found this haven and only wish we could have stayed longer. Host couple are lovely and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. And there was a washing machine for our use - great after 6 days in the road. Best private lodging we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

It is a gorgeous apartment within a 10-minute drive from Zadar old town. The apartment is conveniently laid out and comfortable. We loved the electric fireplace, which added a beautiful ambiance to the living room. A bottle of wine, some fruit, tea, coffee, and bathroom supplies were icing on the cake.

My stay at Apartment Lux Zadar was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and luxurious, with all the amenities one could need. There was easy access to parking, which made arriving and departing stress-free. Stayed with 6 people total and we only have positive things to say about our stay and the apartment. * The Host Petar and his wife are extremely nice and helpful. * The apartment was Super Clean and everything was very well maintained. ( including the entrance, staircase, and the inside of the apartment) The apartment itself has all the amenities you need: * Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with: * Good size fridge, *Dishwasher, *Oven, *Stove top, *Water cooker, *Coffee maker, *Microwave, *Little table grill and all the kitchen and cooking tools you need. * AC: There were air-conditioning units in every bedroom and in the living room, so everyone could set their own preferenced room temperature. * Bathrooms: There were two bathrooms in our apartment and again, these were very nice and clean. ( Both had toilets, one had a shower, and the other a bath/shower.) * Laundry: There was a laundry machine in one of our bathrooms * The apartment was well insulated, so you don't hear any noise from outside at all. And all the windows have shutters, so you can make the bedrooms nice and dark for sleeping and use them to keep the heat out during the summer. * Location : The apartment building is located a 5 minute walk from a street with several restaurants and supermarkets, and at the end of that street is a beach. ( about a 15 min walk) * The apartment is non-smoking, which we really liked, but for the smokers, there were several balconies where you could smoke outside if you would like. * Beds: The beds were comfortable, and there was a pull out sleeping sofa in the living room if needed. ( we didn't use it since there were enough beds for 6) * Wifi: The wifi worked great. * Parking : There were several parking spots right in front of the building and more across the street. We will definitely try to go to Zadar again and when we do, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful place, lots of space, great amenities and even a washing machine. Tom was great with communication and flexible with arrival time. He was there to greet us and gave us some guidance around Zadar. It’s a ~20 minute walk to town - super easy and went pretty quick. Would definitely stay here if we came back!

A beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our bicycles were stored safely. Kind and attentive host family, including Don, their friendly Labrador.
