Staffs are warm and helpful, my room card was stolen just 10 minutes after I walked out of the hotel, I made a call. They cancelled the room card immediately, went to check our apartment as well. Luckily nothing’s else lost. Great location-supermarkets, restaurants and shops are in a walking distance. Spacious apartment with full set facilities, water’s hot. It’s cozy and quiet. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

The staff were superb! Special mention to Miguel, Sarah, Gema (I think) from Argentina, Luisa for Colombia, Joy the Asian fellow and the rest, thank you for looking after us.
