Very welcoming and hospitable family. I felt very much at home. Good location. In a very pleasant rural environment with paddy fields around, yet just about 7 minutes walk from the main road, where buses coming from Tagbilaran can drop you off. The parking lot for Chocolate Hills is around 10 minutes ride on a scooter. I had a very clean and comfortable room with a small attached bathroom. Air Conditioner is available for an extra charge but I didn't feel the need as the weather was pleasant. There was a shared terrace outside my room which was nice for chilling out. Breakfast was really good and at a very reasonable price. Purified water dispensers are provided. The scooter I rented from the guest house was in excellent condition. Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended.

Very kind and good service. The meals served here is better than anything served outside. Ask for eggplant! Loloy can help you with transportation and tours for a very reasonable price. Free wifi which is possibly the best you can get for the rural area (while cellular data is spotty). Even managed to do a urgent Teams meeting call with no hiccups.

Our stay was truly amazing. The owners go to great lengths to ensure that you want for nothing. The restaurant serves delicious Filipino food and for breakfast we had a super tasty omlet with fresh papaya straight from the garden. The rooms are large and very clean. We can highly recommend a stay here.

This place is very unique. It’s based very remote but in the most beautiful spot. I could have stayed here for weeks if I had time. There is free coffee available and the food delivery service is free and very cheap and quick! The owner and his family were so friendly and helpful, I can’t thank them enough for being so kind and welcoming. My stay here was amazing and I definitely recommend it for people who aren’t interested in staying in touristy areas! This place is perfect.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the rooms are brand new. We felt very comfortable during our stay and even had the chance to meet the owner, who was very kind and welcoming. The location of the house indeed is just near the hills, though limestone hills are actually scattered around the island. There are several hangout places in the house such as the living room, dining room and even the terrace which are very suitable for a group of, say, seven people or so. Solo and group travellers can take advantage of the other services offered by the host. A tip: you may ask the host for suggestions on the 'hidden gems' of the island as the host can also be hired as a local guide. You can also rent a motorcycle from them or even ask them to go on a trip using their pick-up truck, for a fee.
