An absolutely beautiful location, very peaceful. The staff were incredible and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. From 'Rasta Man' who drove the boat and got us to be where we needed to be, even in the early hours or late at night without complaint, to the chef who made us lovely meals, again to our schedule, the lovely ladies who served our food and cleaned our rooms, the maintainence guy on hand for any tiny hitch, to the boss man Edward, who kept in touch with us all week to assist us in any way he and his team could. Can't recommend highly enough

Such a peaceful place. Loved the closeness to nature. First I was skeptical of the only cold showers but it turned out that it is a really great experience! If you really need you can get a warm shower as well (additional fee in dorm). Staff is super nice and very welcoming. Would definitely come again.

the building is newly built, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. Very quiet and peaceful and safe place. They serve a very tasty meal in the facility. Everything was amazing! I can’t wait to go back to Kisoro. The whole family was amazing and treated me like I was one of them. On my last day, Andrew offered me a zip line at lake Mutanda and dropped me to the border. They are the kindest most thoughtful hosts I’ve come across. Wishing every host learns from them! Baby Also, David was the cutest little boy!
