After being left with no shelter by another guesthouse (our original reservation) in 23:00 at night, because they didn't comply with the services it had claimed to offer, at 23:20 we made a super last minute reservation for the night in Berat Mozaik Hotel, and an adorable sir left his house in the middle of the night to come to the hotel, take us in, take care of us and restore our previously broken faith in the country's hospitality. There are no words to express our gratitude. The room was new-built, comfortable and clean, the sheets and towels were very clean and fresh (smelled wonderfully), the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed, the host was so kind and helpful, even that late in the night.

The garden and outdoor area is lovely and very relaxing. The hosts are very accommodating and welcoming and the breakfast was fresh with home grown ingredients and beautifully presented.
