The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

With the "Mobilis card" you will benefit from free public transport in Lausanne. Being ideally located in the pedestrian zone of Lausanne, we do not have a car park on site. Our guests benefit from a preferential rate at the "Parking Indigo Lausanne Centre-Flon" located 500m from the hotel. Very comfortable facilities, recently renovated. Super close to old town. Very nice staff too!

Beautiful place, would have loved to stay longer. The room is big, the bathroom is very clean. Lot of sweet details provided like lemon water, coffee machine, public transport tickets, all ready for when you arrive. The garden is just beautiful!

(We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

Really felt like being welcomed into someone’s home but still had plenty of privacy.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, nightclub and a kids' club. Junior suite was nice and comfortable. I visit the hotel on the regular basis. I like the offer of wines. Design if the hotel is really nice. Spa is very good.
