The hotel is beautiful and intimate! I loved the decor, the inner courtyard, the little details everywhere. The location is perfect for a tourist looking to be in downtown Chengdu on a pretty, traditional-style street. I went to Kuanzhai Alley in 10 minutes, People’s Park in 20 minutes, Tianfu Square in 25 minutes, the beautiful Wenhua Park is 2 minutes away. The Tonghuimen subway station is also 5 minutes away, conveniently located on Line 2 along all the main attractions (People’s Park, Chunxi Road). The environment is very safe and clean. As a woman travelling alone, I was never afraid to go out. My room was big and the A/C worked very well, a much needed necessity when it’s 35 degrees outside! Even though I came to the hotel in the morning, the staff gave me my room early. The staff was very helpful, and helped me book tickets for the Sichuan opera or to call a cab through the Didi app. I ate at the restaurant and the food was great. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Thank you Joey, Belle, Juliya, Pench, Frank, and the kitchen staff! I would come back anytime!

The property is around 1.4 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre and 3.9 km from Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The accommodation features karaoke and a shared kitchen. The location was central. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

Teddy Bear Hotel is beside Baoguo Bus Station, a 10-minute walk from the famous Baoguo Temple of Mount Emei and 6.5 km from Emei Town. Chengdu Emei Railway station is 10 km away. I liked everything about my experience at the teddy bear hotel. First, the hotel is owned by a very lovely family, they welcome you very warmly and they would make everything to make sure you have the best experience. The nicest people! Second, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. A lot of space and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I sincerely believe this hotel is the best option in the area. The price is very honnest. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge. The staff we're very friendly. They organised taxis and excursions to the national park for us in advance, via WeChat. As English speakers with limited Chinese it was not a problem. The hotel and garden itself was beautiful. Room was beautiful with great air-conditioning (useful for Scottish folks not used to the heat).

Beautiful hotel and warm welcome by very kind staff,the hotel staff helped us book a car to Lijiang and arranged a boat ride to see the flowers in the lake.

All guest rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle. I like almost everything here. From the welcome greeting , the room, food, surrounding and the care and generosity of the staff. I will stay here again if I ever come to Tagong again.
