The hotel decorations and style were really nice. The service was really welcoming and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was top!

We were given a gift of chocolates and snacks, shown how everything worked, supplied with lots of ideas on what to see. We enjoyed the town and the beautiful Urdaibai reserve and surroundings. It was a short walk to metro and in the other direction to a lovely square with a pub restaurants and shops . The person who we dealt with Maitena was very helpful and gave us information on the area and also, let us check in to the apartment earlier, which was great for us as we arrived early in the morning . Would definitely recommend this property
