The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Place was huge with a large terrace. It was much bigger than we expected and we really enjoyed it. Apartment had great amenities. The terrace is facing west and overlooking the lagoon so each evening we were enjoiying beautiful sunsets. The boat is a great option to get to the beach side and the staff was always ready to drop or pick us up.

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The bed and breakfast features family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. The room was lovely with a private balcony where you could sit and a shared balcony where meals were served. The room was spotless and beautifully fitted -- a comfy bed and a super shower. Ruchira, the host, was so friendly and helpful- she took me on her bike to the beach which is gorgeous, offered to buy me a train ticket as I wanted to return by train, and helped me with a visit to Lunuganga Gardens. She also arranged a river safari for me with Harinder (Harin) who was an absolutely fantastic guide-- he spotted so many animals and birds and took me for one of the best river safaris I've ever been on. I highly recommend doing the river safari with him. Breakfast was excellent. I also ordered dinner there one night and the food was fabulous- made by Osaka, Ruchira's sister. Location was quiet, very pretty with lots of scope for nice walks, including to the Bentota Temple on the river. You could see the river in the distance but cant easily walk along the river. The beach is a short tuk tuk ride away and so are a number of restaurants. Its very easy and affordable to order a tuk tuk. Overall this was such an amazing stay-- I very much recommend it. The reviews that Ruchira has got are amazing -- but she more than deserves these wonderful reviews. I hope to be back again soon!

Bentota Lake is 8.8 km from the villa and Bentota Railway Station is 9 km away. Clean and well maintained living & Bedroom.. Alone silent place. I'm planning to visit again for a couple of days. Very friendly staff. I am very happy during my stay.

The breakfast was amazing, thank you Dagi and Anthea for delivering such an exceptional service throughout my stay, they remembered my favorite juice and always greeted me with smile. I will definitely come back!

There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Apartment is extremely clean, with a new AC, warm water, big kitchen and bathroom, and a incredibly comfortable bed. Beach is within a 5 min walking distance. And the best of all - host is an amazing person. He helped us immensely, including driving us to the hospital, helping with purchasing a new phone and recommending all of the good places to eat. I would give him 11/10 :)
