She's quick to respond, but gives you as much privacy as you'd like, and makes sure that you return to a clean and comfortable unit each night. Best of all are the "resident dish and laundry fairies", who take care of dishes and laundry while you're away during the day - eliminating the things that I dislike the most while traveling (or at home, to be honest), so I didn't have to worry about them at all. Truly one of the best services I've encountered, and at no additional cost at all. The unit is very comfortable with everything that we needed, and the location was nice and quiet but also not far to Queenstown or Arrowtown by car.

This was a beautiful little B&B - the room was lovely, the grounds were beautiful gardens. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and really had a wonderful stay.

The warm homely feel hits you immediately. The facilities are more than you would expect. Communication with owners is almost immediate, and they have created a hassle free experience. The only disappointment we had is that we didn't book for the week.

The charming flower garden nearby adds a touch of nature, bringing a sense of tranquility and relaxation. What makes this place truly special is the warm, homely atmosphere. The house is equipped with practical and modern amenities, yet it also holds nostalgic treasures, such as vintage toys that remind us of our childhood. The landlord is exceptionally kind, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Living here has been an absolute delight!
