Family style dinner with all guests (it is a small accomodation so it was about 8 of us) was lovely. Don’t expect too much luxury but for such a remote place and at this price it was more than I wished for.

Our young daughter especially loved helping feed the baby alpacas and joining in the activities with the family. The homemade meals were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a secluded area in the Colca Canyon, very peaceful and with stunning views of the mountains. The casitas are small villas, each with a private exterior hot tub, tastefully decorated and fully comfortable. The valley-view casitas offer more privacy than garden-view. The staff is very cordial and efficient, always taking care of guests (e.g., we needed oxygen and they provided it promptly). We stayed 4 nights and it was perfect to relax, disconnect and enjoy the property.
