Also, I am very much impressed with the housekeeping deparment, special mention to Mr. Eric and the staff for thier excellent services. Our room and bathroom was so cleaned. The bed sheets are cleaned and comfortable. We are suprised the washroom has complete bathroom amenities. The services were so fast. They responded right away whenever we need an assistance. The superb assistance of Mr. Eric and his team are very much appreciated. We definitely stay again in this hotel next time we visit Abu Dhabi. The atmosphere is unique walking along the streets of the complex under the umbrella-decorated shades, palms and tropical flowers around.... The studios are very spacious with huge bedroom and bathroom+small kitchenette. The pool area is really relaxing-heated layered pools with different depths and children sections and a pool for swimming. It is very close to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again if we are coming back to Abu Dhabi. Less of a party town than Dubai which is great for cultural travellers. Its a serene and gentle city with all the facilities a traveller requires. Make the time to see the Falcon Hospital and the Abrahamic Family House. Both are beautiful for different reasons. Dining Experience One of the highlights was the dining options. Both breakfast and dinner offered a fantastic variety of choices, also for vegetarians. And fresh tomato juice - one of my favorite! Exceptional Service The staff were incredibly accommodating. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. A special shout-out to Mr. Islam, the manager of Club House and Makani Cafe. His attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our experience. Accommodations The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Areas for Improvement While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the music at the pool could be more entertaining. The room and the overall checkin and checkout experience were great. The breakfast in my opinion must be looked into and improved. Here are some key points you can improve: - Choice of food: You should propose more choices like Hummus, moutabal, labneh, salmon, different kind of ham (turkey, veal, chicken, beef, dried, etc.) - The scrumbled eggs were dry, scrumbled eggs must be creamy - More choice of fruits (we had a only small plate of fruit cuts) - Labelling : if it is Milk label it milk, if it is almond milk label it almond milk. My son served himself with almond milk thinking it was milk according to the label and spit it because he was surprised by the taste. Good thing he is not alergic. The breakfast buffet and service gave us the impression of not being at the same level of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast service : We waited too long to have someone to come seat us We waited too long to have someone come and take the hot drinks order. The hot drinks self service machine was down The waiters come to our table and do not remove the used plates. Regarding the room: The AC in the master bedroom was blocked and too much cooling, plus there was odor in the room. We did not call, because we wanted some intimity. Please make sure the rooms are in pristine condition for the guests before checkin. it is very frustrating to have to interrupt our time in the room to call maintenance to work on the room. In Room Dining: The food was good, but delivered without bread (an arabic mezze without bread...) and the delivered bread was not up to the expectations. The food was also delivered withiut tissue. There was no tissue in the room. We asked for but never had them. Overall you should be proactive to avoid customer frustration. So the service matches the Venue. You can travel between the 3 Anantara resorts that are on the island and use the facilities of all 3. We ate in the African restaurant in Sahel Resort and the Italian restaurant in Al Yamm resort, food was amazing. First of all, the pictures and videos on the internet doesn’t do any justice to the beauty and serendipity of this beautiful lavish resort. You ought to visit and see it yourself. Abu Dhabi is great place, however if transit passengers are required to sleep in their rooms till next flight, this is advisable. Those who would like to visit city for a few hours this location is not advisable as it is too far from Terminal A.
