I had such a great experience staying at Claridge Star Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah! I booked a sea view room with a balcony and honestly, it was worth it. The room was super spacious, the washroom area was really clean and big, and they provided a complete set of amenities—which I really appreciate. The bed was sooo soft and comfy, and I loved that they have a smart TV too! Overall, the whole place gives off a luxury vibe. The receptionists (I forgot their names!) were also really kind and approachable. I felt totally comfortable going to them if I had any concerns, and I never felt judged or awkward. They genuinely made the stay even better. I’ll definitely stay here again. It truly felt like a luxury experience!

I went with my two boys and we had a fabulous time. The location is superb— beautiful environment and very quiet. The cabins are simple but comfortable and include a shower and toilet. If you go in recognising that it’s not a four star hotel, but rather a very comfortable camping experience then you’ll have a fabulous time (i.e the water gets trucked in, rather than piped, so don’t expect a high-pressure shower). But it’s important to thoroughly read all the emails that are sent in advance to avoid being disappointed because you do need to bring either your own food or pre-order food 48 hours ahead. We were fine with that and stocked up on the way. Charcoal and firelighters were available on site from the shop between 9-6 pm

I like how the staff dealing with me especially Mr Zahid the security Manager he is so friendly when i forget My lab top and other important things he keep them save dor me call me waiting for me and also he invite me to take coffe really he is very gentleman and professional at his work. It is a great break from the city, quiet, great for a family. The chalet is clean, well kept. We were in the two bedroom, there’s work going on to build a jacuzzi so we will certainly be back. The three bedroom has a jacuzzi. There’s a grill by the pool so the family can hang out and eat at the same time. The pool is a great big size, is temperature controlled and clean. The pool is completely private. There are plants surrounding the outside lining of the wall with beautiful flowers and if you get lucky you can see some rare birds too. There’s different outdoor furniture for you to sit and relax on. Indoors the kitchen and electronics are new, great quality. The TV is the new Samsung high def model, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon prime account and enjoy. Bathrooms have clean towels, soap, hand wash, and shampoo. kitchen has utensils and a large fridge. It is very close to the mall if you want to drive to shop. Shaded parking is available outside.

The stay at Jannah Hotel was amazing ... The apartment was clean and tidy ... room service was amazing ... We only didn't like the varieties of the breakfast buffet ... but the food quality was good ... the private beach was beautiful ... one of the best we have ever experienced ... crystal clear and calm sea ... white and clean sand ... umbrella, seats, towels, and water ... air-conditioned full-serviced changing rooms and toilets ... shuttle between the hotel to the beach ... all at no extra charge
