Everything was perfect! Very helpful and lovely host, very comfortable and clean apartment, beautiful location, dog friendly. We are very grateful to the host for allowing us to stay a bit longer in the morning :) Delicious coffee! We really enjoyed our stay here and we wish we could have stayed some more days.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail.     It was a joy to stay here for more than a week. Very friendly and helpful staff are there to make the staying more enjoyable—very good knowledge of English. It's located on a huge old farm, near a forest with animals where kids love to play with it. Tranquil place and has lots of activities for kids, inside and outside. Also, lots of places to visit near, like animal farms, lakes, and castles. And near the main city (Villach) is easy to reach by autobahn or train (S-Bahn). The rooms are cleaned every morning. The restaurant has a top menu with excellent food. If I can rate the property from 1 to 10, I will give them 20 :)

    Great location, close to the lake. Tasty food in the restaurant. The house is small but compact (sufficient for us two adults and a child). It is worth taking with you: a kettle, cleaning products. Attractions for children, such as feeding animals

    We were travelling from BW Germany to Croatia so it was a good overnight between. The location is great, the staff and breakfast too. Beds are comfy, but we used our home pillows. (we always travel with our pillows) Parking is available.

    Nice small town with a camp, beach, very close to the Slovenian border and the Karavanks mountain ridge (along the border of Austria and Slovenia). It's quite comfortable to get around on foot. Most restaurants / bistros are Austrian cuisine, there is a Greek and an Australian one.

    The apartment is spacious & spotless .

    The apartment is spacious & spotless . Built in a modern concept , wooden interior & large windows which allows more brightness to enter the place during the day and allows a better sighting of the stunning view of the surrounding nature which you can never get tired of. I truly loved this place & will definitely visit again soon.

    A beautiful place with stunning views and close by amenities for families. Plenty to do, plenty to see and well situated to visit lots of amazing places. There are many good restaurants and beaches, including the free Panorama Beach on the Faaker See.
