It is very clean, comfortable and spacious. We arrived by car but we brought our bikes, so there was very good garage for the bicycles with pump and tools.
Also, before we came to the property, the host was very helpful and concise with all instructions about the property.
We appreciate very much the coffee machine in the room. Also the apples and fruits in the lounge. Everything was perfect. 😊
Interior of the room is very calming, we were in the room facing river, so we could hear the murmur of the river.

The location was a little further from the town centre than we had expected and had we not been able to make use (with the unfailing help of the family members and the staff at the town Tourist Information Office) of the excellent Post Bus Shuttle service, without a car it would have been difficult to get around.

Elegant, beautiful hotel and grounds in the centre of Mondsee and 2 mins from the shore. Eight next to the Christmas market and church. Easy underground parking. Great breakfast, wonderful staff. Room included sofa which is rare.

If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public...
If you are without a vehicle and dependent of a public transport, you are in for some massive dissapointments. There are zero public transportation available on weekends and the cab costs 45 Euros to pick you from the nearest railway station ( 6 km), to the hotel. This one was a deal breaker for us. We paid for 2 nights but stayed for just a night.
