Great breakfast , not something big, but definitely enough. I arrived with family members which need Kosher food and brought it from home, the hotel's kitchen allow us to store our food in their refrigerator. A fantastic hotel with an excellent breakfast of fresh juices, ginger shots, very tasty bread and coffee. Very stylish swimming pool and reception area. And a delightful spa. The apartment in the annex building is located in a separate building called Centerhouse Wagrain, which seems to be new. Check in is done via a self check in terminal near the entrance of the building. We were able to enter the apartment 30 minutes earlier than we selected. The apartment was small but equipped with everything needed for a 3 day stay. The bathroom is quite spacious. Ski room is located on the ground floor and is very easily accessible from the outside of the building. During our stay there was a lot of free parking spaces under the building or in it's vicinity. Location of the accomodation is perfect for visiting Wagrain city centre and is also in a walking distance (5 minutes in ski boots) from the gondola.

Wonderful facilities, particularly the swimming pools and sauna area, separate adults-only sauna area. Delicious and extensive breakfast buffet, high quality 4-course evening meal for only €20 extra, fantastic value, particularly the gala dinner. Location very close to lifts and ski shops - we used the ski depot at the lift station which was very conveniently located (next to the excellent Rambazambar) Friendly and efficient staff in restaurant and at reception, immaculately clean rooms and public areas. Non-skiers in the group enjoyed the daily (free) activities, including yoga and hikes. Skiers enjoyed the local Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area, and easy 15 minute bus links to Alpendorf and Bad Hofgastein

Our stay at the Nesslerhof was absolutely wonderful, with warm hospitality and a real sense of care from everyone we met. The spa area was incredible, the food was outstanding, and the rooms were beautiful with super comfortable beds. A big shout-out to Elias in the restaurant, whose friendly service and spot-on wine recommendations made our dinners extra special. We can’t wait to come back. The photos online do not do this hotel justice. It’s hard to believe but it’s even better and more beautiful in real life!

An absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel combines Alpine charm with modern comfort, with spacious rooms, breathtaking views, an outstanding spa area and a ton of activities to do in the hotel and also nearby. The food was exceptional from breakfast to dinner, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They were also speaking excellent English! Everything felt warm, authentic and perfectly organized. Pet friendly. We left completely relaxed and are even considering to visit again. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Falkensteiner in Schladming. The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. The wellness area is amazing, and the food with our half board exceeded all expectations. Really amazing breakfast selection! Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful. A special highlight was the Herbstcard, which gave us free access to the cable car and several local attractions. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Sporthotel and had an amazing stay. Our room was very nice, clean, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options including pasta, excellent wine, fish, meat, sushi, and more. Everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

I loved Bad Gastein’s mix of Belle Époque elegance and wild mountain scenery. Mornings meant hiking and cable-car views; afternoons were for soaking in the thermal waters; evenings, cozy bars and great food. The waterfall running through town gives the whole place a dramatic energy. It felt like stepping back in time without losing modern comfort—truly a memorable stay.

I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter. The town keeps developing and renovating that can be noticed in every visit.

Great base city for traveling around Salzburg region. We have small kids and it was perfect for our kind of trip. There are various pharmacies and supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing stores, even a little market on the weekends, and just great facilities all around (including a playground for kids).

A village in beautiful scenery that lacks something. Accessibility of services (hiking, lifts, restaurants) was a bit confusing. Many services did not have clear English instructions/price lists/online shops. The Tyrolean region summer card seemed to give you a much wider range of services than the Salzburger region.

Gorgeous view of mountains, great place for nature-lovers, you can spend there some quality time both in winter & in summer. Hallstatt, Zell am See, Dachstein are only 1 hour drive from Wagrain. Be aware of toll roads & tunnels (above the motorway fee). If you are travelling with kids, they will enjoy the Hermann Maier Freizeitpark in Flachau (ca 15-20 mins drive from Wagrain). You should check out the opening schedule of supermarkets and restaurants, eg. after 9 PM, you might not find any open places or restaurants could have their own break days.

Great to get a summer pass that included free bus travel to various local hikes/cable cars and the lifts were free also with the pass, like the bus service. It was great not to use our car. The twon is cute and clean. A little small.

Grossarl is a booming ski town but in June 2023 the part west of the river was essentially a huge building site. However it was great for mountain walking once away from the town itself. With a guest card (free from your accommodation) one can travel on local buses in the valley for 1 Euro per person per trip! There is a very adequate Billa supermarket.

One of the most beautiful places on this planet.

One of the most beautiful places on this planet. Easy to get around with the Ramsau am Dachstein Summercard and the bus and gondola systems. Loved the gondola to the top and the Sky walk, the Stairway to Heaven and the Stairway to Nothingness. Also liked Rittisberg and its attractions such as the Flyline, toboggan and High Ropes. The Go Karting down 7 kms of the Planai mountain was also fun

We were there for a winter sky holiday.

We were there for a winter sky holiday. Location is very good - not too far from our country. Slopes are exactly what we need - red-blu, with fast lifts and not crowded of people even on a pick of Christmas period . All the area is a great value for money and we will definitely come back. Apreski bar at the slope next to the gondola is super party place after ski and we spended there our evenings with much emotions. We visited also Therme and it was a great experience- at this time there was a laser show and disco party - great experience for any ages. At the center we found some good restaurants and pizza places for dinner. Our stay was too short for more but we will come back to continue..
