I'm biased.
I'm biased. It lacks the presence of Rome and, liveliness of London, the charisma of New York, and the modernity of San Francisco. For me, it is a pretty boring and plain city with not-so-good local food. I would rather spend time in the Austrian Alps rather Vienna. I know that many people love Vienna for many things, but none of those are my things. It feels to me like a middle road between Budapest and Munich, and I prefer both those cities to Vienna. I would say: You should visit Vienna and take some time to discover it. That being said, after four trips, I'm not looking forward to returning to it. Vienna is a world city and the biggest mistake anyone could make is to not allow enough time to really immerse themselves in this wonderful part of the world. Take in EVERYTHING. It broadens your mind, makes you a better person. Trust me. I came for a holiday…12 years later I’m still here. The food..to die for..the people..just gorgeous.
