The rental of the ski equipment from downstairs, Rainer ski rental, was a plus. When I returned the ski equipment I even walk on my socks to the ski cellar from the hotel, which is right there. The breakfast was very good, with a fresh and tasteful bread. The latte machiato was great. Also the draft beer was very good. The staff from the restaurant is very friendly and nice. They smile a lot. I used the ski bus to go to the slope every day and the station in right beside the hotel. This is very convenient. Also, the tourist info point is across the street. The snack that they are giving in the afternoon was also good, I would prefer maybe more soupe in the menu, but it was anyway ok. I would say I recommend this hotel and I am glad that we choose it. The bar and waiting staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional especially the outdoor pool in the winter. Skiing was fabulous and we had unlimited activities to enjoy during the day too if you needed a day off skiing. The room was very comfortable and complements to the hotel cleaning staff who always had our room spotless.
