Everything was perfect. Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids aged 8 and 10) had the best time. The hotel and rooms were thoughtfully designed, spacious, and clean. The staff was very accommodating in ensuring that we had two sets of connected rooms to best fit our needs. Our view from the balcony was incredible facing Jakobshorn. There were so many things on site to keep us all entertained and happy - swimming pool, sauna, game room, movie theater, and the cozy lobby with games (pool and foosball), plenty of cozy seating, a bar and live piano music. The ski room and on site rentals were super convenient. Breakfast was wonderful and we ate dinner at the restaurant two nights because it was delicious, convenient and comfortable. The location was perfect being a block away from the main street and bus stop that takes you to Davos Dorf (Parsenn) and Davos Platz (Jakobshorn). The hotel shuttle to Jakobshorn and Parsenn was very convenient and we used it each time we went skiing. Would absolutely stay here again!!!Guest review byAllieSwitzerland

The room has enough space to walk around and has a terrace. Changing diaper cushion was provided. The electric sockets in our room have protective plastic cap inserted. I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way...
I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.Guest review byJeanetteSwitzerland - 10.0
Amazing and quiet location.
Amazing and quiet location. We visited Davos during our stay as well and found that too busy - whereas Klosters was right up our alley. Quaint, with a few boutiques and very nice restaurants. Klosters Serneus is a very nice village with a direct connection to the ski area of Klosters Serneus. The slopes are well prepared, the ski lifts are modern and fast, and the slopes are wide. Davos - and Klosters - are great for holidays in summer and winter. skiing and nordic skiing anyway. But in summer there is the lake for kayaking or surfing or - if you don't mind the cold water - swimming. The mountains for downhill biking or hikes. The outdoors are second to none. In addition Davos offers a fantastic cultural program for visitors. Concerts, Young Artists or established orchestras etc. --- you can get special and unique experiences there. I highly recommend to look at the visitors or guest program by the DavosKlosters Tourist Board. From disc-golf to carriage rides, archery or visits by historic bus to Monstein brewery -- a divers and fabulous array of offers, you can only book them 2 weeks in advance but it's so worth it. We did enjoy staying in Klosters, for us it was so much nicer than Davos. It was quiet at night time and had a good range of shops and cafes. An excellent Co-op sold a huge variety of foods. We only ate out once - at the Sonne Restaurant, where we had a lovely meal. Reasonably priced too. We made use of the swimming pool - had a laned area reserved for swimmers.
