The staff and services were simply awesome! They were very attentive and took care of every request professionally and with care. Daily bottle water and Nespresso capsules refills are wonderful. Free laundry service was very nice. House keeping has done an excellent job daily! Everything works and the location is perfect. What a lovely stay! Everything was PERFECT: 1. Had booked for one night the standard bedroom and then the suite for the second night. Upon arrival they informed us we had been upgraded for the suite for the first night as well so we would not have to make a bedroom change. 2. The hotel is so perfectly located, right in the middle of old town. If you like fondue, you cannot miss their restaurant. 3. Their staff was attentive, professional and efficient. They even left a card, a box of chocolates, cookies and fresh fruits in the bedroom for my husband’s birthday. 4. The confort and cleanliness of the room. All and all a place to not miss when in Geneva, definitely my go to for my next stay!

Wonderful place to stay! Staff are very nice and helpful! At your service day and night. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 Public parking just in front of the hotel with charging station for EV vehicles (you will get 30% discount from the hotel for using the parkings) and BP station just few meters away with a shop which you can buy all your daily needs. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva! Rooms are super clean, big bathroom, 24 hours service. Definitely a 10/10! Thank you Auberge port gitana for the excellent service and experience 👏
