Our top choice in the Interlaken region! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the very beginning. I had initially booked the wrong dates, but they kindly changed the reservation at no extra cost. On top of that, the lovely lady who welcomed us even upgraded us to a room with the most breathtaking views of the Alps. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great as well. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. Great location as it is right next to the Interlaken West station. The apartment is pretty new, secure and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony that can fit a dining table for 4 with a very nice view. Even though our room is facing the train track, the noise level is acceptable even when we had the window open during the night. We had a great stay here and cannot recommend it more!

    Interlaken was the “cherry on top” of our European travels.

    Interlaken was the “cherry on top” of our European travels. The views were amazing (I’ve never seen 30+ paragliders in the sky…in the ALPs no less!!!), the area was so quaint, the locals friendly; and eating Swiss fondue somehow tastes better from the Alps! Highky recommend cappuccino and breakfast at the Aarburg (Tim & His Wife are awesome & The food not only tastes amazing but each dish is a work of art!) and the Boutique Hotel Bellevue.

    3 Families sent us exchange students years ago, and we are still friends with all of them, so a lot of visiting. Dinner on the lake, afternoon tea at Schloss Schadau, downtown area by the river. plenty of scenic side trips like the funicular up the Neisen and the Thunerseespiele (musical presented in an outdoor theater overlooking the lake) and plenty of other things to se and do

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential...

    Wilderswil was a pleasant surprise. a quiet residential community a few kilometers from Interlaken, the area is quiet and friendly. A short bus ride to the main train station and into the city of Interlaken provides access to the rest of the area. I look forward to returning in the winter to enjoy the surrounding snowfall (hopefully!).

    Hotel is fair. Nice view and off the tourist are Big dissapointmnet was i left an airpillow in the room and asked them to mail it back to me. They agreed for a fee which i duly wired and paid but never receive the pillow Big dissapointment Esp when i showed them the wire transfer as well

    Nice view of the lake but definately do not book this hotel it was not a good place , most rooms derelict, carpet’s threadbare on the stairs , lifts not working , notices taped to the doors of most rooms that looked as though they had been condemned.

    The hotel is under new management and maintenance to upgrade the hotel are in full process but as a guest it did not bother me at all. It will take probably some time but in the meantime the place is clean and well taken care off. Breakfast was excellent, the staff is very help full and makes you feel at home. it has a great terrace with a Beautiful view over the valley. Only point of attention is the parking space, there is a private parking garage with a only few reserved spaces for the hotel but the rest is shared with the neighbors. parking around the building is kind of a challenge but a public parking is 100 meters away. All in all I would certainly recommend the hotel and would re book the hotel in a heartbeat

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer.

    Unterseen and Interlaken have a lot to offer. We have spend majority of our time outdoors, enjoying nature. The ski resorts around Unterseen are amazing and within just 30 minutes you are on the slopes but without spending a fortune of money for a hotel, as it is usually the case when staying at a mountain resort.

    An Amazing view with best panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Plus bonus view of the dears grassing in the early hours. The chalet have everything you need at top quality. Do not miss the nearby easy hike with wonderful views of the woods, fields and lake. It’s an experience to treasure. The chalet is Easy accessible and near all what you need .
