I have had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beatiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good connection to Lucerne City centre and to Mt. Pilatus cable car. Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel manager.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

    I loved everything. The view was exceptional, like on a postcard, the breakfast was fantastic. The location was spot on. There is parking right next to the hotel. Do yourself a favour and have dinner at the restaurant. Watch the swans and the boats passing by.. This is truly a unique and beautiful setting. Watch the full moon rising over the mountain. 200m away from the boat docking for passenger boats. We stayed for 3 nights and booked for an additional 2 nights. That says it all doesnt it?

    Everything was perfect. The view was amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. Close to the city (18 min. by bus and they provided a guest card/ticket for our convenience when commuting) but actually you feel like you are in the suburbs.Very clean and spacious rooms. They also let us leave our suitcases there after check out so that we could explore the city. We really wanted to stay more but everything was already booked.We just wish we didn't have to leave.

    Lucerne city center is very easy to walk around. Spend some time strolling at the lake promenade and other times sipping coffee in different cafes in the small streets. Also, the small train tour is worth it to explore the history and nice architecture If you have time.

    Ok so, Weggis is a beautiful little village but that is also it's problem, it's a little village. Activities were limited and so were the restaurants. I would recommended staying there as a "base" but then exploring the surrounding attractions.

    Sursee is a stunningly beautiful town with charming old houses, a picturesque Old Town, excellent restaurants, a castle, a creek, and nearby lake. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.     Plan for a lot of walking although it's easy to hop on/off trams. Delicious restaurants, gelato shops and bakeries on just about every block. We were surprised at how crowded it was in early September, but the weather was temperate, so a good time to go. If you travel from there to Zermatt, take the earliest train possible, otherwise, it's very crowded (standing room only).

    Booked room with a mountain view. However, on reaching the property, upgraded to Lake view at a cost of CHF 20 per day. Room had amazing view of Lake and hills. Property is located in Weggis and is easily accessible from Boat and bus ( Frequency of 30mins to 60mins). Town is very peaceful and one can enjoy beautiful walk around the lake. Property has fitness centre, spa and swimming pool which are maintained properly. Had an amazing experience staying at this property.

    If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go. I've seen a review saying it was crowded, but October 2023 it was not, it was very quiet so if you want a bustling vibe it's not for you! I think in summer it may be more of a popular spot.

    We were travelling by car, and wanted to be somewhere near Lucerne where we planned to have supper. Huobschur is in the most beautiful setting. Natural paradise with clean air, exquisite views, beautiful bird sound, delightful donkeys and goats. And an extremely gracious, kind and accommodating host and his small team. A total refreshment for our tired travelling spirits! We loved the wooden cabin, simply and beautifully furnished with wooden furniture. Beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was exceptional with homemade bread, delicious locally produced fruit yoghurt and muesli, delicious meat and cheese and lovely fresh fruit. All great value for money. What a gem! Sadly, we only had one night there. We will return as soon as we can. ❤️

    Great city to visit. Lots of things to do and see. Can't miss the funicular ride up to mount Pilatus or a boat cruise. Lots of historical sites. If it weren't for the prices I would move there in a heart beat.
