The size of the room, the comfort and the quietness. We also like the various shops and restaurants that were around us, and if we wanted more, we were in the thick of it within a 15-minute walk. The sauna/wellness room in the hotel was a bonus.....wished we had more time to use it more. Overall, it was a fabulous place to stay whilst exploring a fantastic city.

    Our stay at the Wellness Hotel Step was excellent. The location was great—just a 10-minute drive from Prague city center. We received a free upgrade to a spacious, clean room and were welcomed with complimentary drinks. The hotel offers free parking, which was wonderful for us as we were on a driving trip. There was a wide variety of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were exceptional, and we even received a €20 voucher to use at any Czech Inn hotel. Overall, five stars and a big thumbs up for this hotel!

    From entrance and help of the bell, to the morning greetings of the restaurant seeter - staff is above expected friendly, true and honest. Help is everywhere and service is top of the class. We went out one night for dinner and as we came home with our 4 year old, need and curtains was done to tug him in. Both kids 4 and 10 can be a bit noisy and yet they were welcomed and supported with pencil and drawings and a friendly tone. Very very recommendable.

    It was a great experience in this hotel! The staff was very friendly and even upgraded my room for free! I had the chance to stay at the top floor in a large room with a big terrace and a very nice view!! I recommend staying at this hotel. Furthermore, it has a spa centre, although I didn't have the chance to try it. According to the booklet the spa has no less than 4 saunas. I recommend this hotel.

    Very good location, a few minutes walking distance to the old town. Restaurants and supermarket within less than 100m. The staffs at check in and check out were very friendly and courtious, the room is spacious, bed is very comfy. I requested a room with bathtub and extra pillow, they had fulfilled my requests which was appreciated.

    Prague is amazing city for traveling. Definitely worth to come visit and explore (National Technical Museum, National Museum, Prague castle,Czech cuisine) Only thing you should consider is accommodation (balance between price and offered services).

    We spent the weekend there and loved walking around Old Town. The Charles Bridge and Old Town were very crowded with tourists, making it a bit difficult to get around. Food was fantastic! Unfortunately everything closes down early on Sunday, so we didn't get to the restaurant we wanted, however, we visited one that we'd been to on our first day. Food was excellent. Lots to see, lots of history. A very walkable city. Interesting to see Old Town and then turn a corner and be in the ritzy, expensive shopping district. Lots of shopping arears. Would definitely go back.
