The cleanliness, the friendly staff (the ladies at reception were amazing - super pleasant, informative and made my birthday extra special), the breakfast was excellent - the food was fresh, a good variety for everyone, including vegetarians, adequate amounts of everything and an attentive staff! The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Close to Aeroville mall and 15 min from the airport. They charge 5 euros for the transfer.The fitness center is big and has new equipments. Of course is not a super equipped gym, but enough for the stay. The breakfast is really good. Just missed some whole wheat bread and yellow cheese. In the shower, there are shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Just missed a body lotion.

They were so kind to help with my minimal skills speaking French, helped with all questions about getting places, and were simply attentive throughout the entire stay. I will stay there again immediately. The breakfast and dinner buffets are extraordinary, and are everything s traveler would want when experiencing French cuisine. The buffets provide so much choice while each dish is still exquisite.

The design of the lobby and the whole building is bright and open and it made us feel comfortable and very cozy. We loved that there are a lot of chairs and tables to sit and relax in common areas. This hotel is very unique. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. We also loved the bakeries at breakfast. The hotel also has a lot of spots for parking which is very convenient.

the hotel was very modern and clean. I loved that they offered free croissants and coffee each morning and there was a 24 hour cafe machine in the lobby. also loved that each door had codes instead of cards. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to a market, entertainment facility and electronic store.

Staff were all helpful, as well as professional but friendly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The food was nice, and even though the restaurant was extremely busy, staff was attentive and efficient. I can't rate the breakfast, as I had to leave before breakfast hours began at 5:30 am. The single room I had wasn't huge (though not tiny either), but the size was perfect for me as it would be for any solo traveler or two who didn't require a ton of space. It had free wifi, TV, air conditioning and plenty of outlets. I needed a hotel close to CDG airport and this ibis is about as close as you can get to CDG (T3) without being inside the airport proper. Very convenient, price was good for the accommodation. It was a nice stay, and I'd stay here again when in France.

We had time to go for a walk in the evening in this quiet town, formerly a farming area. Some beautiful old buildings, a lovely public garden. We found an amazing Moroccan restaurant (L’Arganier) for supper and a lovely boulangerie for breakfast. I would definitely stay in this town the next time I have a stopover at CDG.

Truthfully we chose to stay here the last night of our visit to France before flying out of CDG the next day. We had hoped to see old Pontoise and have a lovely meal before departing, and we paid more for this room than any other of our trip. But it was a disappointment because we couldn't walk to any sights and had a very mediocre meal in the only nearby restaurant. Driving around in the rain at night and hunting for parking just wasn't something we wanted to do.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and would never recommend it to anyone. On September 4, 2024, I spent one night there and awakened early to have my breakfast so I could take the bus to the airport afterwards. When I came out to the self-serve breakfast area at 6:30 a.m., I passed by the receptionist — who was assisting two guests. I proceeded to serve myself some breakfast, and she looked up at me disdainfully and demanded to know my room number. After I gave her my room number, she reprimanded me in front of the guests and told me that my stay did not include breakfast. I told her that I assumed it did because I had spent a previous night there, and it came with breakfast. She continued to reprimand and humiliate me in front of the guests until I told her that I would leave the breakfast there; to which she replied, “As you wish!” This woman was fuming over something so minor. Had she taken me aside and explained the situation, I would have paid for the breakfast. I then went back to my room and checked out. Before I left, I reminded her that the hotel wall in the dining room area read, “Welcome to our home.” I told her that she did not make me feel welcomed at all. I left in the dark and walked in the rain to the bus stop. What should have been the ending of a wonderful vacation for me turned out to be a nightmare. As far as I’m concerned, this woman is in desperate need of a course in Etiquettes and Manners for Hotel Staff/Front Office Staff. Plus Jamais!

Just a good option to stay nearby Paris. Good connection to the city by local trains - about 20 minutes to city center, different grocery shops with good prices. So if you want to visit Paris you can stay in Argenteuil.

Pleasant well kept satellite town outside Paris. Local residents were very friendly and helpful. Some local shops appeared to be closed but still enough small shops in the local area for basic provisions and two large supermarkets near the train station. Easy access to city and Charles De Gaulle airport.

Not a tourist area so relatively cheap compared to other places. Train to Paris cost 10 euro return and took about 40 minutes direct to Eiffel Tower. Herblay is a busy place with plenty of shops and places to eat and lovely walks along the river. We ate at Din's factory on the commercial shopping centre and it was approx 14 euro for 2 courses and a drink. There are also plenty of local bakeries and smaller independent eating places.

Great location 5 min drive from airport ideal for connecting flights. They have shuttle every 30 min but it stops after 10:30 am the shuttle service is paid charge 8€ per person , if travelling with family uber will be cheaper

The hotel was very clean with great facilities, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The big plus was to have the restaurant downstairs with a great buffet so we didn’t have to go anywhere else for diner. The shuttle to the airport was very good but a little expensive for the duration of the trip. Also, it didn’t take us all the way to our terminal so we had to walk a very long way through all the other terminals with our luggage to get to the check in.
