Wonderful hotel right in the centre of Bath's Royal Crescent. The staff were perfect, helpful and attentive. Many small details marked the stay, which shows the quality of the establishment (magnificent building, splendid interior). The room we stayed in (we had an upgrade) was on the back side of the hotel and had its own little terrace; it was very large with a bedroom area, a ‘sitting’ room, a very large bathroom and an entrance hall. We had no direct neighbours, so the room was very, very quiet. The breakfast was excellent (small buffet, and menu offering different types from full English to eggs benedict, and a vegetarian menu). The spa was very pleasant (too bad the sauna wasn't working, but the hammam, bubble bath and swimming pool were). We went there often and there were never more than 5 of us in the spa. We had also booked a treatment (‘work it out’ massage), which was absolutely brilliant (many thanks to Meg)!

A nice hotel very close to the center, with beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms as well as very polite staff. I would stay here again as it met my expectations.

The location couldn't have been better. It's close to all the beautiful sights of this amazing city (everything is 5-10 minutes walking). Friendly and funny staff, and a very calm atmosphere. I arrived at 12 and could leave my luggage until the check-in. I booked a room without a window, but to my surprise I got a room with a window! The room was super clean and well designed. The shower was very nice and also super clean. There's a tea, coffee, hot chocolate and a bottle of plain water in the room that guests can use free of charge. I will definitely visit this beautiful city again and will then without any doubt stay in this hotel again.

Perfect for both business and pleasure, the luxurious 4-star Apex City of Bath Hotel is located on the corner of James Street West, just steps from the top sights!

A nice hotel in the city centre close to the main sights. The hotel offers you a lot of extra options that will make your stay memorable. The bed is very comfy! The service is amazing. Thank you so much for the rose petals that made the arrival very romantic.The next time I'll choose you again.
