We arrived early and were shown to the lodge immediately and the hot tub had been turned on ready for our use. The lodge was very comfy and spacious. The hot tub was great and the location is great too as it is close to the local pubs and restaurants.

Bridlington is definitely tired looking in places and we didn't spend much time in the town centre. Filey just up the road felt cleaner and more vibrant. We were staying outside of Bridlington on the beach at Wilsthorpe which is stunning and worth a visit.

It was nice to walk along the sea front and around the town:...

It was nice to walk along the sea front and around the town: no major steep inclines and a variety of places to visit close by. The are various eating places to choose from but we opted for a chinese meal. Fortunately we found the Golden Wok. You have to pay cash or via bank transfer but it is well worth it. My wife had duck and I have a Singapore King Prawn Noodles. Both meals were excellent and we paid £22.50 for the food.

Lovely and quiet and clean with lots of tourist attractions and great places to eat and drink. The Seabirds Inn was particularly delightful. Good food and great service at The North Landing Cafe. Must-see spots include Danes Dyke, North Landing Beach, Flamborough Head Lighthouse and RSPB Bempton Cliffs.

Plenty of places to eat.

Plenty of places to eat. We didn't go out to try nightlife bit there was plenty pubs/clubs within walking distance of apartment we stayed in. We visited for my hod daughters parents wedding blessing & would like to go back again as we didn't get the chance to have proper look around. If you stay in one of the apartments there's plenty of shops & also Tesco is close by. We were told a little about history of Goole & would have like to have ground out more. Hopefully will be returning to visit my god daughters family again end of April for 80s night which charter club is organising

Withernsea is a deprived area but has a lot to offer.

Withernsea is a deprived area but has a lot to offer. The beaches of Withernsea and Tunstall are beautiful and if you are careful to keep an eye on the tides you can walk for miles. Spurn Point is just 30 minutes drive away and has a lovely lighthouse which is sometimes open. Withernsea has its own lighthouse which is in a street!!! its worth going up for the views! I would recommend the Golden Haddock for your chippy tea, Captain Williams pub for good pub food and a drink (sometimes they have live bands on), ALDI is the best place to stock up on food if you are self-catering, There are plenty of cafes for tea and cake and fishing is good off the beach.

I mainly go to Bridlington in Sept for the Comicon at the Spa. Other than that we have tended to avoid finding it a bit chavvy. It does seem to have settled down a bit though we weren't out much in the evening as the pub culture got into full swing. We did however have a morning stroll along the front which was very peaceful and idyllic,
