We stayed here for 3 nights over Easter with breakfast and evening meal. Food was amazing. Our room overlooked the Moyola river which was beautiful. We would like to thank Ciaran and his staff for the hospitality shown to us during our stay and also for the attention given to our little dog. We would highly recommend The Inn at Castledawson and hope to visit again soon.

The hotel is so conveniently located in Derry, easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go on our trip. Room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff at the hotel were so lovely and friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay special and sent a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 60 th birthday. All of the reception staff were amazing but I have to give a special mention to Katie who was so exceptional . Would come back here without hesitation and throughly recommend a stay here.

I was there to do a parkrun which was fun. I flew into Belfast City airport which has good transport links to the city centre. I had limited time after the parkrun so visited the excellent HMS Caroline which is near the over hyped Titanic experience. There was a disappointingly obvious legacy of sectarianism in the area I stayed so I wouldn't stay in the bonfire season - Mid June to mid August

Feels like a fairy tale city. Very lovely, walkable as long as you can manage hills. Tone of history, so do your homework before you go, and you'll get more out of it. Taxis reasonable, people lovely! I did a walking tour of the city walls which was most enjoyable. Lots of good places to eat.

Bushmills is a great base location if visiting Northern Ireland and in particular the North Antrim coast. We visited cities and towns such as Belfast, Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballymoney, Ballycastle and Ballintoy and attractions like the Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Ballintoy harbour etc. Bushmills has a number of Fish & Chip shops, Chinese takeaways and coffee shops which we sampled. Our favourite two places to eat out were the Sizzlin Sausage in Ballymoney (for a proper Irish Fried breakfast) and the Water Margin Chinese restaurant in Coleraine; both definitely worth a visit. You can't visit the area without trying Morelli's Ice-cream, which we did in Portstewart, Portrush and Ballycastle :-)

It is a small town but a great point for visiting the Mourne mountains and beaches. Some individual gift and clothes boutiques. Good choice of restaurants and cafes. The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.
