The whole stay was amazing! Location was perfect, with great walks to do around the Cotswolds. The food was delicious, especially in the hook. We couldn’t fault the service, they were attentive throughout our stay, we even arrived to a lovely set up for our dog, including a bed, bowls, treats and a new toy. We loved the place, we had booked a triple room and when they knew we had our older son traveling with us ,had a single bed put in the room which was very comfortable, the staff in the dining room were very polite and service was great . The library had so many classics. Loved sitting in the lounge reading in the evening. Their gardens with beautiful flowers, a water body, and sheep grazing in the meadows were idyllic.

A unique blend of modern comfort and historic settings. Housed in a Victorian building, the hotel presents a romantic, quiet and relaxing tune, fitted perfectly in the surrounding atmosphere of the town. It definitely deserves the title of one of Malvern's landmarks. The staff was polite and warmhearted. The breakfast menu was delicious and generous. A very energizing place.

We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay there again. The bed was a king size and super comfortable. The room was at the end of a hallway, so it was very quiet. Loved the grand staircase. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and let us leave our luggage at the end of our stay when we had some time to kill before our train. Very nice hotel!

It's called the Malvern Hills & the main street is steep. However with so many places to eat, interesting shops, an impressive theatre & beautiful scenery, it's a national treasure. Walking the hills is quite spiritual, and something everyone should experience. Also it boasts two main line stations if you can tear yourself away.
